Job Specifications:
An Oracle HCM Cloud Technology Architect with expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Campus Solutions, Absence Management, Recruiting, and OTL is needed by Infosys. The main responsibility of the role will be to collaborate closely with the owners of the customer’s HR business processes in order to design cloud technological solutions for HCM cloud modules. Practical knowledge with cloud technology build, development, and customization testing is required for this role.
Essential Requirements:
- The ideal candidate would be willing to work from the client’s office and reside within commuting distance of Dallas, Texas. Travel inside the US may be necessary for this role.
- A job experience shall be taken into consideration in place of a bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent.
- Previous Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Module Implementation, including Payroll, Campus, OTL, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Absence Management, and Core HR
- knowledge of the important procedures, including hiring process flows, employee journeys, and applicant onboarding, among others.
- proficiency with HCM and HDL extracts as well as small adjustments.
- Knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud data model and OTBI reports
- Previous experience with report customization, concurrent program definition, value set definition, fast formula, and customisation (DFF and EFF).
- Previous knowledge of impact analysis and validation for HCM Quarterly Patches
Desired Qualifications:
- Given Oracle’s Redwood approach, having Redwood expertise (or training) is an extra benefit.
- Possess a comprehensive awareness of the HR procedures used by an organization.
- Strong communication and presenting abilities to a wide range of audiences
- Expertise and a willingness to operate in a setting that offers global delivery.
- Previous knowledge of writing Groovy scripts Previous knowledge of HCM ALERTS, ATOM API, REST API, or Journeys
Long lengths of time spent sitting and using a computer may also be requirements of the profession. Applicants should be able to communicate clearly over the phone, via email, and in person.
