As a D365 Business Central Consultant, an average day may consist of:
- Execute D365 complete Business Central implementation engagements, coordinating directly with top customer staff members along the process.
- Provide prompt, efficient assistance to customers with technical support concerns and requirements.
- Oversee several customers at the same time while adhering to strict deadlines in order to accomplish goals like client happiness and implementation profitability.
- Collaborate with other consultants to evaluate the implementation requirements of clients, develop inventive solutions encompassing diverse subject matter areas, and execute these strategies to surpass the client’s anticipations.
- Describe the goals, challenges, conclusions, and suggestions for execution in a range of customer scenarios.
- Collaborate with technical developers to discuss possible product modifications.
- Keep up with technological developments and problems in the ERP product space, then use your understanding to solve customer problems.
Who You Are:
- You possess work-related experience or a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information technology.
- You have been personally involved in the implementation of D365 Business Central for at least three years.
- You have a strong desire to increase client happiness and are passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- You take pleasure in creating business solutions and debugging implementations.
- You possess a solid grasp of accounting concepts.
- knowledge of process manufacturing and familiarity with process manufacturing ERP (recommended, but not necessary)
- You like working with people from different disciplines.
