Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Assist with issues on Windows/macOS systems, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and network connectivity problems.
System Administration & Device Management: Help with user account management, software deployment, device provisioning, and patch management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams like marketing and sales to provide technical support and resolve issues.
Project Support: Contribute to IT projects, improving workflows, and supporting IT-related improvements.
Problem Solving & Continuous Learning: Troubleshoot common issues, document solutions, and proactively learn new IT skills.
