Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze telemetry data from Microsoft AppInsights logs on Hexagon’s Azure-based SaaS platform.
- Data Analysis: Use querying languages like Kusto Query Language (KQL) to extract, interpret, and analyze log data to spot patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Create Dashboards & Reports: Help create and maintain dashboards and visual reports to communicate your findings to team members.
- Troubleshoot Performance Issues: Work with developers, support engineers, and system admins to detect and fix performance issues based on the log data analysis.

Qualifications:
- You should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
- You should have a strong interest in data analysis, data visualization, and problem-solving.
- A basic understanding of querying languages like SQL or KQL is helpful.
- You should be detail-oriented and have good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills are important, both verbally and in writing.
