This is a remote internship with the chance to work closely with professionals, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to projects that help change the culture around mental health.
Internship Overview:
This internship offers a chance to work with the Operations team, specifically focusing on the organization’s IT infrastructure. You’ll be involved in various projects aimed at improving systems, such as Salesforce (CRM), ClickUp (project management software), and digital asset management systems. You’ll gain a practical understanding of IT operations and contribute to projects that help the organization achieve its mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on projects involving Salesforce, database cleanup, and creating reports and dashboards.
- Support the launch of new software systems like ClickUp.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure systems run smoothly.
- Help write IT-related policies and procedures.
- Participate in special IT projects as needed.
- Work with people across the organization to drive strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Interest in a career in IT (preferably pursuing a degree in IT, Database Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Project Management).
- Strong communication skills (email, Slack, technical documentation).
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility and team-player mindset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, AWS, SQL, or programming is a plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Salesforce or other CRM platforms experience.
- Google Workspace management experience.
- Experience with cloud software (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL, programming, or scripting languages.
