The main responsibility of a business developer is to generate leads from prospective customers in order to increase revenues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Using a variety of methods, find and create new company leads (networking, cold calling, email marketing, social media, etc.)
  • Establish and nurture connections with prospective customers in order to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Develop and implement lead generation and sales conversion strategies in close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Do market research to find trends and expansion prospects.
  • Create and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Keep tabs on sales activity, pipeline, and outcomes, and report them to management.
  • Work together with internal teams to guarantee project delivery success and customer satisfaction.
