Description of the Role:
At Mindflare. Tech, this is a part-time hybrid position as a Commission Sales Associate. The daily sales tasks, such as prospecting, lead creation, lead qualifying, and closing deals, will fall within the purview of the Commission Sales Associate. The position will need both remote work from home and in-person work in our Karachi office. Together with the sales team, the commission sales associate will work to meet sales goals and increase income.
Requirements:
- Powerful negotiating and sales abilities
- Expertise in generating and qualifying leads
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- The capacity to operate remotely and autonomously
- Familiarity with software and the IT sector
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Prior commission-based sales experience is advantageous.
- A degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline
