Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Associate to conduct online surveys and evaluate the feedback to determine the level of client satisfaction.
Workplace Duties:
- Conducting online surveys with clients to get their opinions.
- Examining survey data to find patterns and insights.
- Making inferences and suggestions based on data · Sharing results with stakeholders to help guide business choices.
- · Working together with groups to apply modifications according to input from clients.
- · Constantly observing and enhancing the survey procedure
Necessary Competencies:
- Proficiency in conducting online surveys: at least one year of expertise in survey administration, analysis, design, and instrumentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, as well as expertise with data analytic tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency with data analysis software (such as Excel, SPSS) and survey platforms (like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) the capacity to function both alone and together.
- Familiarity with Spanish, Italian, or other European languages.
