We are now looking for knowledgeable and seasoned Customer Support Representative Agents to join our growing team and help us take our business and platform to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- To preserve a competitive advantage, stay abreast of digital developments and monitor our rivals.
- Have experience administering social media sites, such as Facebook.
- Provide precise and satisfying answers to questions and concerns from clients.
- Send the management team reports on a regular basis.
- Exhibit great writing skills;
- Showcase good verbal and written English communication skills;
- Manage work efficiently under pressure.
Required Qualifications:
- Rudimentary knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Ability to write content.
Timings of the shift:
- Morning Shift: 8 am to 4 pm
- Evening Shift: 4 pm to 12 am
- Night Shift: 12 am to 8 am
