Requirements:
We’re looking for a seasoned engineering leader with experience as a Head of Engineering or similar role. You should have extensive hands-on experience in software engineering, with expertise in technologies like PHP, Laravel, GoLang, JavaScript, React, and AWS. Additionally, experience with Flutter for mobile app development is a plus. You should be well-versed in cloud technologies, service-oriented architecture, continuous delivery, and modern human-computer interfaces. We need someone who can drive technical innovation, deliver scalable solutions, and build high-performing engineering teams. You should have a track record of recruiting, mentoring, and coaching engineers, preferably in a startup or fin-tech environment. You’ll work closely with product management and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, delivering high-quality products on time. You’ll need excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and effective leadership skills to inspire and motivate the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
