Email Lifecycle Campaign Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

  • You will implement and carry out strategies that produce quantifiable increase in adoption, engagement, and loyalty for your clients’ hardware goods in your role as an Email Lifecycle Campaign Marketing Manager for Hardware Marketing.
  • Together with external agencies and vendors, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from the marketing, product, customer experience, support, and engineering teams to create and deliver messages and experiences that inform, uplift, and delight customers at pivotal points in their customer lifecycle across a variety of touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and oversee the whole campaign launch process, including design, development, testing, measurement, reporting, and so on.
  • Keep an editorial schedule for customer communications that looks ahead and is in line with the promotions and product roadmaps.
  • Use message matrices, welcome and onboarding methods, cross-selling and upselling plans, testing and optimization plans, customer retention and winback plans, and segmentation techniques across a variety of channels and geographical areas.
  • Create and maintain a solid rapport with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels, and schedule prompt approvals and comments.
  • Oversee outside suppliers and agencies to create timely, on-brand, cost-effective campaigns that span many regions.
  • Create uniform performance reports for stakeholders and make frequent updates to them.

Experience:

  • Three to five years of work experience is required, with at least two of those years spent at a creative firm or doing email marketing.
  • a clear understanding of standard procedures for emails.
  • practical experience creating and overseeing email lifecycle marketing strategies, as well as expertise in B2C direct or digital marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a high level of organization are required. The ability to execute well and produce excellent work under pressure is also required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, a track record of working well in cross-functional teams, and effective written and spoken communication abilities.

Proficiency:

  • Experience starting international email campaigns.
  • Having managed creative agencies or having agency expertise is advantageous.
