Responsibilities for Job:
- Offering Level 1 and Level 2 assistance for unsuccessful migrations
- Tracking the general execution handling progress
- Speaking with clients regarding migrations around the world
- Migration planning/postponement
- Working together with the product team and the developer of the migration tool
