  • Superb interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • The capacity to efficiently manage time and multitask in a remote work setting.
  • Expertise with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • A creative mentality capable of supporting employer branding and social media initiatives.

Principal Duties:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Use job boards, social media, networking events, and other avenues to actively seek out, source, and interact with possible applicants.
  • Hold preliminary screening interviews and work with relevant parties to schedule follow-up interview rounds.
  • Oversee the whole hiring process for both on-site and remote positions worldwide.
  • Work together with recruiting managers to comprehend job specifications and write attractive job descriptions.
  • Keep candidate data and recruiting metrics up to date in the application tracking system (ATS).

Evaluation and Interviewing:

  • Arrange and carry out interviews, including video, in-person, and phone screenings as needed.
  • Examine applicants’ qualifications, background, and compatibility with the company’s culture.
  • Offer hiring managers comments and suggestions on possible recruits.

Integration and Onboarding:

  • Assist new personnel with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
  • Verify the recruits’ references.
  • Create and execute programs and materials for onboarding new hires.

Social Media and Employer Branding:

  • Occasionally write and oversee postings on social media on hiring, branding, and business culture.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage a range of administrative responsibilities, including keeping track of employees, creating HR reports, and helping with benefits and payroll processing.
