Essential Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
- At least three to five years of HR experience, preferably in tech hiring.
- Demonstrated expertise finding and hiring people for technical positions.
- Thorough knowledge of numerous platforms, technologies, and best practices related to recruiting.
- Superb interpersonal and communication abilities.
- The capacity to efficiently manage time and multitask in a remote work setting.
- Expertise with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- A creative mentality capable of supporting employer branding and social media initiatives.
Favored abilities:
- Previous experience working for a start-up or small business.
- Knowledge of international hiring and best practices for remote employment.
- Expertise in developing HR guidelines and protocols.
- An understanding of labor laws and rules.

Principal Duties:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Use job boards, social media, networking events, and other avenues to actively seek out, source, and interact with possible applicants.
- Hold preliminary screening interviews and work with relevant parties to schedule follow-up interview rounds.
- Oversee the whole hiring process for both on-site and remote positions worldwide.
- Work together with recruiting managers to comprehend job specifications and write attractive job descriptions.
- Keep candidate data and recruiting metrics up to date in the application tracking system (ATS).
Evaluation and Interviewing:
- Arrange and carry out interviews, including video, in-person, and phone screenings as needed.
- Examine applicants’ qualifications, background, and compatibility with the company’s culture.
- Offer hiring managers comments and suggestions on possible recruits.
Integration and Onboarding:
- Assist new personnel with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
- Verify the recruits’ references.
- Create and execute programs and materials for onboarding new hires.
Social Media and Employer Branding:
- Occasionally write and oversee postings on social media on hiring, branding, and business culture.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage a range of administrative responsibilities, including keeping track of employees, creating HR reports, and helping with benefits and payroll processing.
