We’re currently hiring an IT Intern in Lansing, ideal for a college student with a passion for technology and helping others. We support students and offer flexible scheduling to balance work and studies.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Help troubleshoot desktop issues and support end-users
- Answer IT requests via phone, email, or chat
- Explain solutions in simple terms
- Assist with emergency issues and alerts
- Create user documentation and training
- Perform backups and maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and the corporate IT team
- Assist with new facility launches and upgrades

- Reliable internet connection
Qualifications:
- Studying Computer Science or related field
- Previous IT experience a plus
- Ability to install and support Microsoft Office and other software
- Experience with mobile devices and computer hardware troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- VMware vSphere and vCenter experience
- Office and Microsoft 365 experience
- Laptop and desktop imaging experience
