Description of the Role:
An information technology services specialist at Joiner Consulting, LLC in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex has a contract position available. There is room for some remote work in this capacity. As an IT services specialist, your duties will include debugging hardware and software problems, helping with network and system updates, and offering end users technical assistance, among other IT services and support jobs. You may need to work both on-site and remotely in this hybrid position.
Requirements:
- Technical assistance and troubleshooting experience with both hardware and software
- Proficiency in network and system management with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Capacity to operate both alone and together Excellent attention to detail
- A plus are pertinent certifications like Network+ and CompTIA A+.
- It is recommended to have a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a similar discipline.
