Job Description:
Offer system and network level assistance. principal assistance for end user technical support and help desk operations. Updating network infrastructure, debugging systems, and performing daily system administration tasks.
Essential Requirements:
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented abilities.
- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.

- Solid familiarity with the Windows Server and Workstation operating systems
- Thorough familiarity with every Windows operating system
- Familiarity with MacOS
- Strong familiarity with Windows networking and TCP/IP (SFTP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, including scripting and macros (SQL a bonus)
- Familiarity with other Windows-based computer programs
- Familiarity with VMware Administration
- Familiarity with Cisco Firepower and VPN systems
- Understanding of HPE Nimble Storage Devices
- Understanding Veeam Backups
- Familiarity with web servers and associated technologies (such as HTML, IIS, etc.)
- Familiarity with copiers and printers
- Strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving
- Lucid and succinct communication abilities, whether in writing and speaking
- Strong aptitude at installing and repairing hardware
Instruction:
- A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in information systems, computer science, or information technology
- The educational qualifications may be replaced with equivalent experience and technical training.
- Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Network+, or A+ are recommended.
Required Abilities:
- Acquainted with ERP Business Applications using the ePS Technique
- Knowledge of printing terms and ideas
- Physical prerequisites
- Daily presence is required to support the production operation.
