Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a solid rapport with your clientele.
- Take the lead in hardware sales to present and market our all-inclusive IT services.
- Find and seize fresh business prospects to increase the clientele
- To guarantee customer retention and happiness, provide outstanding customer service.
- Generate new business and nurture current connections by cold calling, emailing, or in-person meetings.
- Assess the technological problems that your customer is facing and provide a range of options to address them.
- Oversee your clients’ accounts from start to finish (prospecting, invoicing, renewals, etc.); take a hands-on interest in your clients’ company development.
- Develop connections with partners in production and distribution.
- Enroll in training programs and get certifications to keep up your technical expertise.
- Have a solid understanding of the programs and sales process that suppliers use.
- Make sure that CRM data is managed accurately.
- It could be necessary to travel when necessary.
Conditions:
- For consideration, prior information technology sales expertise is necessary. Experience as a managed services provider (MSP) and value-added reseller (VAR) is necessary.
- Requires at least three years of experience selling mid-market end customers computer hardware and software solutions and services. Experience in services, cloud, telecom, and cybersecurity is advantageous.
- It is necessary to have understanding of cross-market IT infrastructure and industries, such as Microsoft, Apple, Dell, EMC, VMware, Cisco, Lenovo, and HP Enterprises.
- It is necessary to have a track record of effectively bringing in net-new business.
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and driven to achieve financial success
- Capable of operating and interacting with clarity in a technological setting
