The Role:
You’ll Bear Accountability for
- Notifying the appropriate people when there is a technical issue and following up until the problem is resolved.
- Making certain that all guidelines and protocols are adhered to and maintained.
- Responding to questions and fixing problems pertaining to the use of common apps and IT services.
- Delivering assistance desk reports every month.
Perfect Profile:
- You have a degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, or a similar subject.
- You have a minimum of one year of experience, preferably working in a technical support or helpdesk capacity.
- Your interpersonal and communication abilities are superb.
- You have great networking and relationship-building skills.
- You produce work of a high quality and pay close attention to detail.
- You are flexible and do well in a variety of settings.

Salary range in Pakistan:
The precise salary may vary depending on the region, experience, and abilities.
- Base pay: PKR 564,000 – PKR 600,000 per year
