Job Summary:
We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team! As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing support, and maintaining documentation. Our team is passionate about increasing access to mental healthcare and making a positive impact.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues through various channels (ticketing system, Slack, email, in-person)
- Administer and troubleshoot internal software systems and processes
- Identify and resolve root causes of technical problems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Create user guides and documentation
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Support/Helpdesk role or relevant work experience
- Technical proficiency with macOS, Windows, and various software applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
