Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT System Manager and IT Systems Analysts in the planning, development, testing, and implementation of new EDI and API integrations.
- Study the whole range of software and API life cycles.
- Help in keeping the EDI and API integrations up to date.
- Help in educating both new and seasoned team members on IT-related tasks
- Get used to the architecture of networks. (Cloud and Local)
- Assist IT support technicians in their learning and help desk duties.
- Help with IT project tasks, monitoring project ticket progress and time
- Keep time track and update the status of tickets connected to assistance.
- Help the IT System Manager in ConnectWise Manage by creating reports.
- Collaborate with suppliers as required to fulfill fresh or ongoing operational demands.
- Get used to automation in the warehouse and warehousing
- Put the InterChange Work Principles into Practice
Minimum Requirements That Must Be Met:
- A minimum of one year of study in a computer science or information systems program, or comparable job experience
- Have a solid background in data and root cause analysis.
- familiarity with a minimum of one programming language
- proficiency with Microsoft Office’s productivity suite
- Flexibility: the capacity to take swift action and make fast adjustments to improve operations
- A readiness to operate with both Android and Windows operating systems and the capacity to collaborate with other partners to get IT support as required.
- Show how IT infrastructure may enhance warehouse operations’ productivity and quality control.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (optional, optional):
- Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDIFACT, EDI X12, or comparable systems)
- Knowledge of API-led design and familiarity with GitHub, Mulesoft, and Azure Dev OPs
- Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio familiarity
- knowledge of third-party logistics
- Knowledge of Connect wise Manage
