Utilize Trafera to create your résumé! To assist with internal IT services intern this summer, we are seeking a driven and eager intern to join our IT team. Get exposure to and practical experience in a range of IT operations, support, and project management areas! This is a fantastic chance for anyone who want to work in IT to study and develop in a formal environment.
Principal Duty:
Technical support:
- Assist in resolving problems with software and hardware.
- Help end users who are experiencing IT-related issues.
- assistance in the configuration and setup of computer programs and systems.
Project assistance:
- Participate in the planning, recording, and execution of ongoing IT initiatives.
- Work together on a variety of IT projects and duties with other team members.
- More tasks as required
Needed Capabilities:
- A current student who is 16 years of age or older and is pursuing a high school or college degree
- The ability to travel as required to nearby Trafera sites in the Twin Cities area
- A basic grasp of networking principles, computer hardware, and software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capacity to function both alone and together Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Windows OS environments
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of network setup and troubleshooting
- Prior experience working as a technical support representative or in a related function
Physical and Essential Requirements:
- Capacity to sit or stand for eight hours
- Capacity to raise twenty pounds
