IT Specialist
Join our team in NYC as a full-time IT Specialist!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of computers, networks, and video conferencing
- Monitor and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with teams to provide timely support
- Provide basic training to users
- Manage and prioritize support calls
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- Advanced education and ability to work independently
- Experience with ticket management software and Microsoft Suite
- Strong customer service skills and ability to support executive-level clients
- Knowledge of confidentiality laws and regulations (HIPAA/HITECH)
- Experience with video conferencing equipment and internet-based teleconference software
