We’re looking for an IT Specialist to join our team in Denver!
Responsibilities:
- Help coworkers with IT issues
- Train others on hardware and software
- Set up workstations and install software
- Troubleshoot problems with software and hardware
- Support audio/visual equipment and mobile devices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT (preferred)
- 1-3 years of IT support experience
- Knowledge of Windows, mobile devices, and A/V equipment
- Good communication and customer service skills
