Overview of the position:

Using Microsoft ASP.net technology, the ITS Shared Application Service – New York Business Express Team (NYBE) is creating an enterprise electronic licensing system for Office of Cannabis CRM licensing systems. In order to supplement personnel and close the skill gap for the OCM BackOffice License CRM project, we need an HBITS. As a senior technical resource, the consultant will carry out application development work to produce a new License Back Office CRM system. Produce technical and functional documentation. Utilizing Microsoft.NET technology, develop, implement, administer, and maintain applications that support OCM. Examine, plan, and set up system modifications to provide portal capabilities. Configure and support different back office and Oracle integration points and activities in collaboration with architects and developers.

Give a detailed outline of the daily responsibilities expected of the chosen candidate:

Utilizing Microsoft.NET technology, develop, implement, manage, and maintain applications that support OCM. Determine, Create, and Set Up System Modifications to Add Portal Features. Collaborate with developers and architects to configure and maintain different back offices. Provide functional and technical documentation, as well as solution design. Utilizing Microsoft.NET technology, develop, implement, manage, and maintain applications that support OCM. Determine, Create, and Set Up System Modifications to Add Portal Features. Configure and support a variety of back office and Oracle integration points and activities in collaboration with architects and developers. Specific Daily Tasks Will Contain The Following, Without Being Limited To It.

• Examine and comprehend processes and business rules in order to create applications.
• Metrics of Performance and Data Analysis
• Application coding and interface design
• Effective communication abilities that let team members do assignments on schedule.
• When necessary, pair program with additional developers.
• Create reports according to the business requirements.
• Control the code Code version control and merge
• Using cutting-edge technological solutions, create, build, and test web applications within an agile project management approach.
• Design libraries with the SOLID concept in mind to facilitate reusable components.
• Create responsive websites using Bootstrap 4, CSS3, HTML5, JSON, JavaScript, and Type Script.
• Create REST microservices that prioritize portability and scalability.
• For database initializations meant to seed data for automated testing of HTML extension helpers and/or web components to provide a common look and feel for various UI widgets, build a SQL statement with efficiency in mind.

Occasionally, additional responsibilities could include:

• Examine new instruments and technologies.

• Impart professional expertise to state employees taking part in project governance tasks

Work in the information technology area with more expertise than a programmer in using and supporting a variety of development platforms, technical architectures, business applications, and products that operate on those platforms.

Qualification:

• 84 months of IT experience, including lead software engineer/ architect work and expertise in application design and implementation.
• 84 months of expertise in enterprise-grade application analysis, application solution designing, requirements planning, development, and quality assurance, as well as the ability to effectively let many
• 84 months of experience with J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, MQ Service, MDB, JCA) in the design and development of corporate applications.
• 84 months of experience integrating Edge applications with SOAP / RESTfull Web Services using XSLT transformations of transaction management, leveraging EJB, JPA, and Hibernate approaches.
• 84 months of expertise developing web applications using Microsoft, Angular, and Vue JS.Net Core [].Entity Framework, C#, Net Core MVC.
• 72 months of experience with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), including rule creation, interview design, and Java interfaces with OPA via the use of Web Connector, OPA 12.2.2 Interview Service, and OPA 10.x Assessment Service.
• 72 months of experience with Bootstrap, HTML 5, CSS 3, AngularJS, Less framework, memory management, and CPU profiling using JProfiler in the design and implementation of responsive web apps.
• 72 months of experience with the Oracle SOA Suite (OSB (Oracle Service Bus), BPEL, Mediator, BPM, and Human Tasks) in creating SOA composite apps
• 72 months of expertise in utilizing Vue JS, Angular, AXIOS, and VUEX to access REST APIs in the development of dynamic components, modules, services, and custom filters.
• 84 months of experience working with clients and business analysts to gather As-is business requirements, do gap analyses, solve problems with the To-be system by thoroughly understanding the needs of the customers, create technical specifications, guide the development team, and uphold code standards.
