Position Description
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in training and development
- IT experience with software applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and implement effective training programs
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with training tools like Visio and Word
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms like WebEx and MS Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Ivalua eProcurement, Purchasing, Accounting, Payroll, and HR applications
- Accounting background or experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Responsibilities:
- Develop training strategies and plans
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluations
- Create training content and materials
- Develop instructor guides and participant manuals
- Create web-based training programs
- Review project documentation and attend meetings
- Analyze functional requirements of applications
- Test software changes and updates
