Responsibilities:
- Handle Help Desk requests promptly. Address consumer concerns via phone, email, and online chat.
- Offer client support.
- Record communications with customers.
- To fix problems that customers have reported, run diagnostics.
- Install, modify, and fix computer software and hardware.
- Follow up with clients to make sure problems are fixed
- Compose technical instructions or SOPs.
- Network Administration Script Creation and Update
- Resolving issues with servers
- Server management
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of L2 and L3 networks, including VLAN, STP, and OSPF
- Solid knowledge of wireless technologies, including BT, LPWA, and 802.11
- Solid familiarity with VOIP systems
- Solid knowledge of the AD/DS services (DNS, GP, and AD)
- Solid knowledge of Exchange Online, Intune, and EntraID in MS365
- Solid familiarity with RMM tools
- Expertise in scripting (PS, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with MDM tools
