Responsibilities:
Create and carry out a comprehensive hiring plan. Create and maintain job criteria and descriptions.
Analyze tasks and jobs to record goals and requirements for the work.
- Prepare jobs and submit them to relevant employment boards, newspapers, institutions, etc.
- Utilizing social media, resume databases, and other resources, find and attract applicants.
- Examine applicant resumes and employment applications
- To filter applicants on time, conduct interviews utilizing a variety of trustworthy people selection tools and techniques.
- Evaluate candidates’ aptitudes, experience, soft skills, and pertinent knowledge and abilities.
- Welcome new hires to ensure complete integration
- In order to submit applicants within the desired time frame, keep an eye on and implement HR recruitment best practices.
- Give the other team members insightful reports that are well recorded.
- During the selection process, serve as a point of contact and cultivate relationships with influential candidates.
- Enhance the company’s standing as the “best place to work.”
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to create effective hiring procedures.
- Additional duties as asked for by the management group
Qualifications:
- A relevant degree, ideally in human resources (MBA/MPA or bachelor’s).
- Be able to work from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PST in the evenings. / Mixed
- Excellent ability to conduct several interview formats, including competency-based, stress-free, and structured ones.
- Superb US English conversation skills
