Working in one of our retail locations as a Microsoft Expert, you’ll offer clients comprehensive solutions across the Microsoft brand. We will first provide you with all the training required to become an expert. After receiving training, you will be able to completely satisfy consumers by demonstrating, promoting, and selling a range of Microsoft goods across categories. In order to train the other sales associates in the shop to demonstrate the value of the brand, you’ll also impart your Microsoft expertise to them.
What You’re Going to Do:
- Make sure no client is unsatisfied by offering assistance and answers.
- Establish connections and provide guidance to your shop and the nearby stores.
- Reach sales goals for Microsoft brand solutions, revenue, and profit.
- Give clients a clear explanation of complicated technology so they can see its distinct value.
Fundamental requirements:
- One year of sales, customer service, or comparable experience
- An inability to function well in a team
- And the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and late hours
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous expertise working as a specialist in high-end, opulent, or intricate technological solutions
- One year of experience providing services and goods for consumer electronics
