Summary:
We are looking for a competent and experienced MS Teams Deployment Engineer that has experience running Microsoft Teams Rooms in big business settings. A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a similar discipline, six or more years of expertise in solution engineering, and a solid grasp of Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and audiovisual conferencing technologies are requirements for the perfect candidate.
Conditions:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar discipline.
- Six plus years of expertise in solution engineering.
- Shown expertise setting up and running Microsoft Teams Rooms in big businesses.
- Solid knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and video conferencing tools.
- Proficiency with Windows, MDM, Intune, and Android.
- Familiarity in agile methodologies.
- Audiovisual encounter.
- It would be advantageous to have certification in Microsoft Teams or similar fields.
- Competence in endpoint administration, network troubleshooting, and IT security.
- Exceptional communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management and the capacity to manage many projects at once.
- A customer-focused approach that prioritizes providing outstanding user experiences.
- Capacity to operate both individually and together in a group setting.
Responsibilities:
- Keep thorough records of all MTR settings, configurations, and user manuals.
- For ongoing improvement, provide information on system use, performance, and user comments on a regular basis.
- Plan, schedule, and carry out MTR deployment initiatives as a leader or participant.
- Effectively manage finances, schedules, and assets.
- MS Teams is being deployed globally, and meeting room technology is being updated with Teams integration.
- cooperation with outside suppliers.
- Serve as the team’s point of contact when designing the layout of the meeting rooms.
- Collaborate with audiovisual vendors to get conference room equipment.
