What you’re going to do to help the business succeed:
- Recreate problems in a non-production environment and collaborate with users to ascertain the precise actions made and error messages received.
- Examine the tickets and distribute them as necessary. Have user ticket review sessions once a week or every two weeks.
- Compile the specifications for any new requests for enhancements.
- Create client solutions by using Oracle’s analytics products: Combination OTBI, SQL, and FRS
- Design and query data in collaboration with application owners and stakeholders for research, audits, and analysis needs.
- Capacity to convert design and business needs into technological solutions
- Capacity to collaborate with onshore and offshore service providers and operate independently
- Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary to further our purpose, uphold the values of our organization, and carry out our brand principles.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with SQL
- Need to be a self-starter who can prioritize well, multitask, and perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional planning and organizing abilities with a strong focus on deadlines and quality.
- A readiness to work and advance in domains outside one’s past expertise.
