Job Role:
*Lead implementation and upgrade projects for Oracle ERP and related technologies
*Support and manage projects from start to finish
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Oracle ERP core SCM modules (e.g. Distribution, Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Bill of Materials)
- Guide discussions to understand business needs and provide expert advice on best practices
- Work with users to identify gaps and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality
- Configure Oracle ERP to meet business needs
- Lead testing phases (Functional, Integration, User Acceptance) and ensure smooth go-live transition
- Provide post-production support and resolve any issues
- Estimate timelines and deliver functionality based on business requirements
- Keep the Project Manager updated on progress and any challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant
- 2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation/upgrades in Life Sciences (Pharma/Biotech)
Strong experience in:
Strong consulting and analytical skills for: - Ability to work in agile environments, handle multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
- Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Inventory, Cost, Procurement, Demand, Supply, Product Info, Warehouse Management)
- ERP Manufacturing & Quality Management Cloud modules
- Full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Gathering business requirements
- Leading fit-gap analysis and process design
- Configuring and testing Oracle Cloud solutions
