This is what you will do:
- Tech for Every Event: Help with a variety of network equipment inventory and repair, including PCs, laptops, servers, switches, and other devices.
- Help Desk Hero: Offer people outstanding technical help by resolving problems with Outlook 365, Microsoft Office versions, Windows operating systems, and other software applications.
- The Server Management Wizard helps maintain Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019 at peak performance and stability.
- AV Technician extraordinaire: Work with a wide range of IT/AV-related gear and software, such as DMPs, TV networks, and Cisco Stadium Vision software.
- Network Navigator: Set up and maintain the more than 200 access points that make up our PBA WiFi network.
- Scoreboard & Display Champion: Work together with AV managers to guarantee that Click-Effects and Ondansetron systems for scoreboards and ribbon boards run well.
- Lighting & Sound Specialist: Assist AV managers as necessary in using Muscovy Sports Lighting and Sound gear and software.
- VoIP Guru: For dependable and transparent communication, update and maintain your Allo VoIP phone systems.
- Go-Getter Attitude: Adopt a “whatever it takes” mindset to guarantee the smooth running of your event.
In order to succeed, you’ll need:
- Strong familiarity with and proficiency with desktop and laptop computer maintenance.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite, basic Cisco routing and networking, server upkeep, and cabling in Microsoft Windows settings.
- A thorough awareness of the technological needs, building capabilities, and IT and AV services associated to events.
- The capacity to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work well with a variety of stakeholders.
- The capacity to move, lift, and climb objects physically.
- A current US driver’s license and the flexibility to adjust to new circumstances.
- (Perk) familiarity in programming switches under Cisco management.
