Job Opportunity: Senior Python Developer/Tech Lead

• Duration: 6 months or longer
• Location: Hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days/week in Phoenix, AZ or Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and support a team of engineers to deliver top-notch projects
• Design and build scalable NLP solutions and machine learning models
• Work with customer service teams to develop tools for CCP and frontline engineers
• Lead the development of a speech-to-text engine to convert conversations into transcripts
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enhance servicing technology
• Encourage teamwork and promote best practices in software development and machine learning

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Proficient in Python and machine learning, with a focus on natural language processing
• Skilled in building scalable machine learning models
• Experienced in back-end server-side development
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers

Nice To Have

Familiarity with Java programming language and experience building APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
