Job Description: IT/AV Technician

- Repair and maintain network equipment and software
- Provide help desk support
- Work with various IT/AV software and hardware
- Maintain phone systems and networks
- Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Requirements:
- Knowledge of desktop and laptop computers, Microsoft software, and networking
- Experience with event services and facility operations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and climb
- Valid driver’s license
