To join our rapidly expanding team across geographies, we are searching for a Senior Software Developer—Dynamics CRM / CE—with expertise designing and building Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud settings utilizing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Get the chance to collaborate with our international teams to develop unique CRM apps using the Canvas and Model Driven frameworks, as well as to use pre-made CRM systems for tasks like case and task management. It would be ideal if you have banking expertise.

What you are going to do is:

  • Collecting and evaluating customer needs in order to create and execute sophisticated CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Assembling and generating ideas for solutions to a demand as required.
  • Closely examining the specifications in relation to the OOB components of CRM that provide the solutions and those that need additions, such as code.
  • Estimating the work required for various strategies and explaining and measuring the benefits and drawbacks of such implementations.
  • Creating and modifying a range of CRM elements, including forms, entities, processes, plugins, reports, and dashboards
  • Put external system integrations into practice.
  • Participate in development utilizing C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, ADO.NET, and CRM SDK.
  • Using coding standards and best practices, write clear, concise code in programming languages like C# and JavaScript.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and solving problems with the CRM system quickly in order to guarantee optimal system performance and availability.
  • Coordinating with testing teams, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to successfully complete projects on schedule and under budget.
  • Calculating and bringing up such issues in a timely way that might prevent the project from being delivered on schedule.
  • Giving younger developers and team members technical direction and mentoring to improve their abilities and understanding of CRM development.

What we are looking for:

  • At least five years of relevant job experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Prior to requiring any more customisation, thoroughly understand what Microsoft’s modules for sales, customer service, and marketing have to offer right out of the box.
  • Possess the ability to promptly convey updates and issues both down and up the chain of command in order to facilitate the requirement’s fulfillment.
  • Has the ability to create D365 CE entities, forms, dashboards, workflows, and reports.
  • Possess the ability to create plug-ins in C# and write JavaScript code for user interfaces.
  • Possess the ability to produce technical documentation in an intelligible and straightforward manner
  • It is desirable to have banking expertise.
  • Develop PowerApp applications, Web resources, and PowerBI reports as an optional feature.
