Hiring My Tech is looking for a highly competent and imaginative Video Editor to work with one of our exciting, UAE-based customers. The ideal applicant will have a solid foundation in motion graphics, sound design, and video editing, along with a track record of producing engaging short films. A strong eye for detail, familiarity with popular video editing programs, and knowledge of video codecs and compression methods are must for this position.
Requires exceptional fluency in the English language
Key Responsibilities:
- Rough video material should be edited and put together into polished, excellent films that adhere to brand requirements.
- Make use of programs like DaVinci, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere Pro. Decide to modify your videos.
- With Adobe After Effects, create and combine visual effects and motion graphics.
- Apply color correction and grading to videos to improve their visual attractiveness.
- To create a finished result that is coherent and captivating, edit and mix the audio.
- Make sure all edited films are delivered on schedule and meet quality requirements.
- To consistently enhance abilities and output, stay current on industry trends and the newest editing tools.
- Create captivating narratives for your short-form videos that draw in and hold the interest of viewers.
- Work together with the creative team to comprehend the needs of the project and provide material that is consistent with the overarching idea.
- Keep an extensive portfolio that displays your previous work and demonstrates your mastery of creative vision and video editing.
Conditions:
- Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere Pro, among other video editing programs.
- Solid knowledge of compression methods, codecs, and video formats.
- Familiarity with visual effects and motion graphics programs such as Adobe After Effects.
- Understanding of the grading and color correction procedures.
- Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
- A track record of creating videos that are up to brand requirements.
- Outstanding narrative abilities, especially when it comes to making interesting short films.
- Excellent portfolio displaying a creative perspective and proficiency in video editing.
