The main goal is to oversee the production system and process flow and make sure that the processes and applications are used as intended.
Essential Possibilities and Functions:
- Looks into and fixes complicated technological issues or client-reported data inconsistencies.
- In charge of updating and maintaining company systems.
- Provides client assistance by recognizing and addressing both technical and non-technical problems or inquiries from clients, both internal and external.
- Compiles information for the client that details the functionality of the system as a whole.
- Develops and implements production schedules in collaboration with development personnel.
- Examines and maintains up-to-date user documentation as required.
Additional Responsibilities and Functions:
- As allocated, carries out additional tasks.
- supports the organization’s quality program (s).
Particular Experience:
Needed four(4) years of experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM. It is preferred to have two (2) years of Tidal TWA application experience. It is desirable to have two(2) years of expertise with AIX, Linux servers, and SFTP servers in addition to two(2) years with Unix scripting and scheduled service maintenance. It is desirable to have two (2) years of customer service experience in an insurance or claims management setting.
Essential Requirements:
- Four years of IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM experience are necessary.
- Preferably two years of Tidal TWA experience
- Preferably two years of Progress Message experience
- Two years of expertise Knowledge with navigation and UNIX/Linux administration is preferred.
- Two years of expertise FTP server management and UNIX S FTP are recommended.
- Requires two years of experience managing a ticket backlog with set SLAs.
- Preferably one year of experience writing SQL queries in MS SQL and Oracle

- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products;
- ability to maintain scheduled jobs in high data flow environments; knowledge of file encryption software (PGP & GPG);

- Ability to create and complete thorough, accurate, and constructive written reports;
- Ability to work in a team environment; and the ability to meet or exceed performance competencies
