What’s Needed for This Role:
- After receiving your degree, 1-4 years of company-based IT experience.
- Outlook, Skype for Business, Email, Messaging, PST, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, Windows 10 & 11, BitLocker, Office Apps, Migrations, Disaster Recovery and Backup solution, Archiving, and Enterprise Vault are among the things that need troubleshooting expertise.
- Preferable experience in company-based IT, such as network engineering, junior system/net/database/security administration, or Tier 1/2 help assistance.
Excellent to have practical experience with: - Office 365 Management Chat (Skype, Lync, Teams) Exchange, IMAP, POP, Azure, SSL, IIS, TLS, Certificates, User authentication, and email protocols
- SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, SaaS, M365, O365, Endpoint management, Security, Intune, Purview, Autopilot, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, PowerShell, Data Loss Prevention, Role Based Access Control, ADFS, Single Sign-on, Multifactor Authentication
To Be Eligible:
- This is an onsite, in-office role, thus you should be prepared to move anywhere in the US on a client project-by-project basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, electrical engineering, computer science, information systems, or a similar quantitative discipline.
