Description of the Role:
A full-time remote position for an accounting bookkeeper is available. Managing financial statements, bookkeeping, accounting software, finances, and journal entries will fall within the purview of the accounting bookkeeper. Daily financial duties such transaction recording, account reconciliation, and financial report preparation would fall within their purview. They will also provide financial analysis and help with tax preparation.
Qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with accounting, journal entries, and financial statements
- Adeptness with accounting software
- Strong grasp of financial concepts
- Maintaining accurate and detailed financial records
- Capacity to evaluate financial information and provide insights
- Outstanding planning and scheduling abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline; professional qualifications (such Certified Bookkeeper) are preferred.
