Summary of Work:
The main responsibility of a business developer is to generate leads from prospective customers in order to increase revenues. A self-starter with a track record of accomplishment in sales and company development would be perfect for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Using a variety of methods, find and create new company leads (networking, cold calling, email marketing, social media, etc.)
- Establish and nurture connections with prospective customers in order to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Develop and implement lead generation and sales conversion strategies in close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
- Do market research to find trends and expansion prospects.
- Create and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective customers.
- Keep tabs on sales activity, pipeline, and outcomes, and report them to management.
- Work together with internal teams to guarantee project delivery success and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast with market circumstances, rivals, and industry developments.
Conditions:
- One to two years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar sector
- A demonstrated history of producing leads and achieving sales goals
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities
- Capability to operate both alone and collaboratively Expertise in using CRM software and other sales tools
