The Information Technology Services Specialist will handle both in-person and virtual support for issues pertaining to PC refreshes throughout the company, from Dell to HP.
Necessary Competencies:
- Four or more years of experience in the field
- Capacity to facilitate extensive PC replacement
- Possibility of updating to the most recent Windows version
- Acquainted with Intune and Autopilot
- Familiarity using ServiceNow for ticketing
- Capacity to communicate with CSuites
- Knowledge of Mac OS
- Knowledge about Active Directory

- Offers assistance to staff members who need help with technical or information technology difficulties. This covers network, desktop, and laptop services for both on-site and off-site staff.
- Creates, records, and puts into effect customer service policies and standard operating procedures for IT support.
- Makes certain that concerns are resolved promptly or raises them to the relevant technical staff on behalf of clients. provides management and end users with regular case progress information.
- Responds to questions about online transactions, downtime protocols, system status, and processes.
- Works in tandem with the application development, software systems engineering, and network services teams to troubleshoot and restore services.
- Keeps a troubleshooting tracking record to guarantee prompt problem resolution.
- Sustains and fosters productive interactions with users.
- Works under regular supervision, using discretion within established guidelines to choose the best course of action when reaching goals.
