Job Description:
We’re looking for an IT professional to join our team! As a Systems Technician, you’ll work on a variety of tasks, including:
- Repairing and maintaining computer equipment and networks
- Providing help desk support for software and hardware issues
- Managing Windows servers and networks
- Working with audio-visual equipment and software for events
- Maintaining phone systems and other technical equipment
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in IT
- Knowledge of desktop and laptop computers, Microsoft Windows and Office, networking, and server maintenance
- Ability to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
